Providence Little Company of Mary Foundation is thrilled to welcome new leaders — each bringing exceptional experience and a deep commitment to our mission.
Melissa Coleman, Esq., President and Chief Philanthropy Officer
Melissa joined the Foundation as president and chief philanthropy officer in February 2025. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in health care philanthropy, Melissa most recently served as vice president of philanthropy strategy at City of Hope. Her past roles include senior leadership positions at Pacific Neuroscience Institute and Cedars-Sinai, where she helped raise more than $2 billion across three campaigns. A Los Angeles resident and proud mom of two, Melissa brings visionary energy and a proven track record to her new role.
Lisa Van Ingen Pope, Executive Director of Philanthropy
Lisa began her role in January 2025 and brings over 25 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of mission advancement at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, where she raised over $100 million across 27 branches. Lisa has also held leadership roles at The Painted Turtle, CSULB and USC. Her strengths in major gifts, board development and comprehensive campaign planning make her a dynamic addition to the team. Lisa resides in Rolling Hills Estates and is passionate about driving mission-focused impact.
Sachin Maheshwari, Foundation Board Member
Sachin joins the Foundation board with a strong background in wealth advising, sales strategy and cross-functional leadership. He brings 20 years of experience, an MBA in finance and a BS in engineering, with early career roots in the energy and chemicals sector. As a board member, Sachin will play a key role in advancing philanthropy strategy. He lives in Rancho Palos Verdes with his wife and enjoys hiking, community service and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
