A Legacy of Compassion and Service

Sister Terrence Landini’s Platinum Jubilee

On October 1, Sister Terrence Landini, L.C.M., marked her Platinum Jubilee and renewed her vows in the Centofante Family Chapel at the Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance, with 200 cherished attendees. Fondly known as Sister T, she dedicated her life to her faith and service 70 years ago. Her journey began at the Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park, Illinois, and she later shaped the ministry at the Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, California, emphasizing compassionate care for the whole person: body, mind and spirit.

The ceremony, led by Msgr. Paul Dotson, honored Sister T’s dedication and the contributions of
her fellow Sisters of the Little Company of Mary. She shared a profound belief that “the secret to a wonderful life is coming at it with a kind heart.” Garry Olney, chief executive, celebrated Sister T as a guiding light, emphasizing her role in inspiring and elevating everyone she touched. The community expressed immense gratitude for Sister T’s enduring legacy, kindness, and commitment, wishing her blessings on this significant occasion of her Platinum Jubilee.
